Agricultural Research and Development Scientist, Rino Leaño of Dole Philippines, Inc. invited Consortium Director, Dr. Emmanuel Pacheco Leaño of NOMCAARRD to visit their state-of-art packing plant at Wao, Lanao del Sur on 02 August 2022. The visit was part of the post harvest evaluation and monitoring routine of Scientist Leaño. Packing Plant Supervisor, Ms. Sahara Masid Ferrer and Ms. Meleah Ruth Sabandal, Dole QA Superintendent of Mindanao warmly received the team facilitated by Assistant Scientist, Dr. Roel Dayondon and Mr. John M. Fabrigar, Research Supervisor of Dole Philippines, Inc. Ms. Sabandal is a Licensed Agriculrist who earned her BSA Plant Pathology (2017) and working on her thesis for MSc. Plant Path. at CMU. Dr. Dayondon recently earned his PhD Soil Science degree at CMU (2022). Mr. Fabrigar also earned his BSc. Bio at CMU in 2019 and presently pursuing his MSc. Bio in the same institution. Dir.
