Consortium Director, Dr. Emmanuel Pacheco Leaño of NOMCAARRD was invited for the 3rd RD Leader's Conference and Year-End Assembly on 13 December 2022 at Muralla Ballroom, Bayleaf Hotel, Muralla St., Intramuros, Manila.

The event adopted the face-to-face format  and served as a venue to report and discuss the accomplishments  of the Research and Development (RDLead) Program since 2018 to 2022. 

 

The event also expressed gratitude to the RDLeaders for their generous support assistance and encouragement they have extended to the mentees of respective institutions. 

 

It can be recalled that Dr. Leaño is an RDLeader for Cebu Technological University (CTU)-Argao Campus to provide strong leadership, management and innovative policy-making proficiencies and in charge of strengthening the research capabilities for the implementation of its Cebu-CTU Biodiversity Management System (BioMES) Project under the Niche Center in the Region (NICER) Program entitled “Flora and Fauna Assessment Using Permanent Biodiversity Monitoring System (PBMS) in Cebu Island Key Biodiversity Areas” hosted by CTU-Argao.
