The webinar aims to enhance the capacity of the Consortium-member Institution’s accounting clerks/bookkeepers including the project personnel (Project Leaders/Research Assistants) with PCAARRD-funded research projects to effectively monitor financial status and implement the financial reporting system of DOST-GIA and PCAARRD-funded projects. This is also to avoid unliquidated balances in our CMIs.
