Courtesy visit, Consultation meeting with Gov. Roque

It turned out to be the best meeting we ever had, quick, smart and substantial exchange of ideas with the very down-to-earth Provincial Governor of Bukidnon Gov. Rogelio “Oneil” P. Roque. The purpose of the visit is to introduce NOMCAARRD as a leading development partner in RDE initiatives in Northern Mindanao. The commitment of Gov. Roque will make possible the creation of MSMEs that will focus on farmers engaged in crops and livestock production with emphasis on technology business incubation especially in food processing. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Jesrel Mangubat of PPDO and Ms. Jacqueline Lagamon of PAGRO. Together with Dr. Emmanuel P. Leano, NOMCAARRD Director are Professor Shiela Poonon, R&D Regional Cluster Coordinator, Mr. Rinante M. Buntod, ICT Regional Cluster Coordinator, Ms. Helen E. Panganiban, TechTrans Regional Coordinator, Mr. Reymlani P. Sullera, Science Communication Coordinator and Ms. Hiedy Canete, SRA of NOMCAARRD.
