NOMCAARRD Consortium Director, Dr. Emmanuel Pacheco Leaño, is this year’s Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS) of Mindanao State University-Lanao del Norte Agricultural College (MSU-LNAC) for its 46th Pre-Commencement Exercises held on 06 July 2022 at Ramain, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte.

Director Leaño inspired the 163 graduates of Class 2022 by highlighting 3 important points: obedience, tenacity and respect for elders. He acknowledged the generous invitation of Campus Head, Superintendent Dr. Indihra Bato Dimaporo-Tawantawan, Al-hadja.
