NOMCAARRD hold its first Secretariat Meeting in 2023

NOMCAARRD hold its first Secretariat Meeting last February 1, 2023, to discuss salient matters in the implementation of the project “Enhanced Regional Collaborative Program (ERCP) 2023-2025.” Dr. Emmanuel Pacheco Leaño, the Consortium Director presided over the meeting in the presence of all Cluster Coordinators, CMU Cluster Representatives, and the office staff.
