The 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗗) participated in the “𝘾𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨: 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙎&𝙏 𝙀𝙭𝙝𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙩” training organized by the DOST-PCAARRD Applied Communication Division from March 18-21, 2025, at B Hotel, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Representing NOMCAARRD were 𝗛𝗶𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝗦. 𝗖𝗮ñ𝗲𝘁𝗲 and 𝗞𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠. 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼, who joined fellow participants from various regional consortia in learning how to design and develop exhibits that effectively translate scientific research into engaging and informative displays.
The training was facilitated by Mr. Norman D. Bagulbagul, a seasoned expert in exhibit design and Director of Exhibition Design Division, Center for International Trade Exposition and Missions (CITEM).
Through this initiative, NOMCAARRD, with its goal of improving S&T promotion in Northern Mindanao, aims to apply newly acquired knowledge in future events, ensuring that research and innovations in agriculture, aquatic, and natural resources (AANR) are showcased in a more engaging, informative and impactful manner.
NOMCAARRD extends its gratitude to 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗔𝗖𝗗) and 𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗧-𝗣𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗗 for putting together this important capacity-building activity.
