NOMCAARRD-PCAARRD Webinar on "Financial Management"

The webinar aims to improve the capacity of accounting clerks/bookkeepers at Consortium-Member Institutions, as well as project personnel working on PCAARRD-funded research projects, to effectively implement the financial reporting system for DOST and PCAARRD-funded monitored projects and reduce unliquidated and unexpended fund balances. Some of the listed research projects with UBs have been reconciled months after the webinar.
