NOMCAARRD pays courtesy visit to Central Mindanao University's new OIC-President and at the same time the Interim RRDCC Chair of the consortium, Dr. Freddie T. Bernal.

Today, March 27, NOMCAARRD through Dr. Emmanuel P. Leaño, the Consortium Director paid a visit to the new CMU OIC-President Dr. Freddie T. Bernal, in which he presented NOMCAARRD banner programs including its mandate, operations, and organizational structure.

Dr. Bernal expressed his warm support to NOMCAARRD and hope to meet the Regional Research and Development Coordinating Council the soonest.

The visit was brief but really productive.
