A day well spent for a consultation meeting with DOST-PCAARRD IDD Team led by Engr. Wilmar J. Lastimosa and The NOMCAARRD team led by the Director, Dr. Emmanuel P. Leaño together with the ICT Cluster Coordinator, Mr. Rinante M. Buntod, and the Science Communication Cluster Coordinator, Mr. Reymlani P. Sullera. The meeting intends to expedite the evaluation and soon, approval of the proposed SMART NOMCAARRD project.
