The Forestry and Environment Research Division (FERD) of PCAARRD invited NOMCAARRD Consortium Director, Dr. Emmanuel Pacheco Leaño to the Inception Meeting of the newly funded PCAARRD-MSU-Naawan e-Asia Partnership Project on 21 July 2022 at MSU-Naawan Campus.

Being the PCAARRD in the Region, NOMCAARRD is considered as PCAARRD’s monitoring partner in Region X.
