The 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗗) JOINS the 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 (𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗘) 2025 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 21–22 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗜𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Three personnel from the 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗗) took part in a training on the new procurement law held from February 25 to March 1, 2025 in Pinnacle Hotel and Suites, Davao City.

The 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗗) travelled for a three-day Membership Caravan across Northern Mindanao from February 11 to 13, 2025.

The 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗗) participated in the “𝘾𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨: 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙎&𝙏 𝙀𝙭𝙝𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙩” training organized by the DOST-PCAARRD Applied Communication Division from March 18-21, 2025, at B Hotel, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

The 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗗) conducted its 1st Quarter Coordination Meeting on March 26-27, 2025, at De Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

A coordination meeting for the upcoming 𝗧𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮 (𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔) was held today at 3:00 PM. Key representatives from implementing and cooperating agencies discussed preparations for the event, including activity plans, funding updates, and logistics. The FIESTA, set to run on May 2025, aims to promote sustainable tilapia farming from pond to plate.

To serve its position as a prime mover for growth, science and technology must be implemented at all levels of productive operation. At NOMCAARRD, we commit ourselves to developing knowledge and providing innovative technologies through collaboration and networking to improve the agriculture, aquatic, forestry, and natural resources sectors (AAFNR). One of the ways by which we could fulfill this commitment is to continually be engaged in research and development (R&D) to bridge S&T gaps and affect development, especially in our sectors of concern.

As the base agency of NOMCAARRD, Central Mindanao University (CMU) actively participated in various fora as both speakers and participants during the third day of the NSTW 2024 celebration, held on November 29, 2024, at Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

NOMCAARRD actively participated and co-facilitated the Technology Forum on Green Economy and Biodiversity, as part of the NSTW 2024 celebration. The forum highlighted the gains in Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Natural Resources (AANR) sustainability Research and Development (R&D), on November 28, 2024, at Emerald 1, Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

NOMCAARRD proudly joins the celebration of the National Science and Technology Week (NSTW) with the theme “Siyensya, Teknolohiya, at Inobasyon: Kabalikat sa Matatag, Maginhawa, at Panatag na Kinabukasan” and the sub-theme “Green Economy and Biodiversity.”
